Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) - My Water Ltd

My Water Ltd utilizes advanced technology to treat domestic, commercial, and industrial wastewater (sewage), making it eco-friendly and reusable. Our STP systems are highly cost-effective, space-saving, and maintain international quality standards.

1. Process Description

A standard STP primarily operates in 4 key stages:

  • Preliminary Treatment: In this stage, large debris (plastic, cloth, stones) is separated through screening, and sand or heavy particles are removed in the grit chamber.

  • Primary Treatment: Water is kept still in a sedimentation tank so that heavy waste settles at the bottom (Sludge) and oil or grease floats to the top.

  • Secondary (Biological) Treatment: This is the heart of the plant. Using MBBR or ASP technology, aerobic bacteria are used to break down and destroy organic matter in the water.

  • Tertiary Treatment: Finally, the water is made completely clear and germ-free using sand filters, carbon filters, and chlorination or UV systems.
